his is a clarification for pool and pool area hours, and does not change pool rules (Bridgeview Condominiums Homeowners Association, Inc., Rules and Regulations, Revised June 2015).
The pool area hours are 9am to 10pm, year round.
Our summer (April 15 - October 15) pool hours are 9am to 10pm, and winter (October 16 - April 14) pool hours are 11am to 5pm. The pool will be uncovered by 11am when weather permits, and fair weather is predicted. However, with favorable weather (low wind speeds and warmer temperatures), the solar blanket may remain removed for longer periods of time. Whenever the solar blanket is not covering the pool, the pool may be used during pool area hours.
Remember, the solar blanket is only to be removed by our pool contractor. As always, children must be accompanied by an adult, and everyone is required to wear an orange pool bracelet in the pool area.
