Security Cameras
Update 7/23/25
Cameras have been installed, but not yet functional. A signal booster is needed to be able to send footage to the receiver unimpeded. We have assurances that they will be fully functional by the end of July.

Update 6/23/25
New security camera system will be installed Monday, June 23, 2025. Argus Security has taken on the project. Security is important to our community, and an active security camera system is foundational to preventative security systems.

Perimeter Wall Behind O-Building
Update 7/23/25
The crew has been working non stop to get this wall up and will be finished up by the end of this week. The wall is up fully and only needs the aesthetic finishes.

Update 6/23/25
The historic storm from March 2025 left parts of our perimeter wall in ruins. It has taken months to get competent contractors on site to get bids. A contract to begin work has been secured as of June 20, 2025. Insurance does not cover our perimeter wall.

Perimeter Wall by Gate
Update 7/23/25
This wall is being done by our in-house maintenance man and has also made a lot of progress. Columns should be finished by the end of day today and the rest of the wall should be done by the beginning of next week.

Update 6/23/25
This piece of wall was also damaged during the historic storm from March 2025. We will be breaking ground the week of June 23, 2025.
Entrance Gate
Update 7/23/25
Our vendor that is installing our cameras has taken a look at our gate and is confident that he can get it fixed. He says we are getting an error code from the system, and needs to troubleshoot it with tech support. He has assured us that there will be no charge if he cannot get the gate fixed, and will send us an estimate for a brand new gate operator including raising the operator 2ft off the ground to prevent this issue from happening again.

Update 6/23/25
Our brand new gate operator for the entrance was completely submerged during the March 2025 historic floods. Unfortunately, warranty does not cover flood or water damage. We currently have two bids in from different vendors, and are awaiting a third as of June 23, 2025. Insurance does not cover our gate.
Bay Front Pipe (Sinkhole)
This project has been completed as of May, 2025.
A reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) was discovered to be split northwest of the bay front Gazebo. Rain and drainage throughout the years has caused erosion in that area. Previous efforts to fill the hole lead to the investigation into the RCP. The specialized nature of this project has lead to delays in most of the process.
